Apply for scholarships
If your child (19 and younger) would like to participate in a skills-building program but lack the monetary means to cover the tuition and/or supplies required, Hillyard Built would like to help! We are currently asking that you keep your requests at a maximum of $400 per family.
If your request is granted, Hillyard Built will require proof of the following:
• Residential address (parent/guardian’s utility bill or school records)
• Birthdate (birth certificate, passport, or school records)
• Program description and fees to verify amount, registration deadline, and start date (website, flyer etc)
Fees will be paid directly to the organization on behalf of the youth participant.
Applications are required to be submitted at least 2 weeks before the registration deadline and/or start date of the program. If the youth is already participating in the program there is no reimbursement option to the youth or to the organization.
If gear or supplies are needed, a representative from Hillyard Built will accompany the youth and family to purchase the gear/supplies. Or Hillyard Built will purchase the selected gear/supplies and deliver to the youth.
